Why MCEF exists

Every child is created by God,
deeply loved and full of potential.

Conflict, displacement, and extreme poverty can interrupt a child’s education and place immense pressure on widows and caregivers. MCEF exists to walk alongside families with practical support, enduring hope, and respect for their God-given dignity.

Meet Mandisa.

MCEF was founded in 2025 by Mandisa Anze, who was then an eighth grade student living in Dallas, Georgia.

Mandisa believes that every child is created by God, deeply loved, and worthy of dignity, care, education, and hope. Her vision is simple and courageous: use the opportunities God has given her to help other children experience hope and purpose.
